Moat House

The project was designed for a private client. The demand was to create a house extension connected to the garden of the main property. The first step was to misalign the central element of the extension to multiple connections and views, providing access to the garden. The disoriented axes offered varied light which reflected on local material to create a different atmosphere. The material was chosen locally to strengthen the connection with the surrounding environment.
